Approximately 75% of the guest rooms are non smoking. Hyatt Regency Atlanta is currently undergoing a $13.7 million renovation of 750 of the 1,260 guest rooms in the hotel. This renovation will be completed in December 2003. For the guest's convenience, all guest rooms have safes to protect personal belongings, irons, ironing boards, voicemail and hair dryers.
