Location. Located adjacent to Kapiolani Park and Kapiolani Park Beach, The Lotus at Diamond Head is one tenth mile from Mamala Bay in Honolulu, Hawaii. The hotel is one half mile from Diamond Head State Monument. Kuhio Beach Park and Kapiolani Park/Zoo are less than one mile away. The hotel is just over one mile from Waikiki Beach. The Honolulu Convention Center is four miles away. The Lotus at Diamond Head is within five miles of downtown Honolulu.
Hotel Features. The hotel's Living Room offers trade wind breezes, island botanicals and guava scented candles. Juice and fruit are available. The bar serves cocktails such as Mai Tai Martinis to live jazz music. Open for dinner, Diamond Head Grill offers a blend of Asian, Euro American and Polynesian cuisine prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients. Guests also have signing privileges at Michel’s At the Colony Surf and the restaurants located at The New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel next door. The Lotus's restaurant does not provide room service. However, guests can order "Room Service in Paradise," which delivers lunch and dinner from more than 50 area restaurants. Upon reservation, The Lotus at Diamond Head features spa treatments and massage including Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue Reflexology, Trigger Point and Lomi Lomi. Meeting space is available at the hotel.

Guestrooms. Guestrooms at The Lotus at Diamond Head feature balcony views of Diamond Head State Monument or the Pacific Ocean. Beds offer 350 thread count linens and goose down comforters. Expert Tip. The largest and oldest public park in Hawaii, Kapiolani Park spans 300 acres and includes the Waikiki Shell and the Honolulu Zoo. Waikiki Shell is an outdoor concert and events venue. The principal zoological research institution in Hawaii, the Honolulu Zoo includes 1,230 animals in specially designed habitats. Kapiolani Park also offers tennis courts, soccer fields, an archery range and trails.
