| Built 1893, the mansion was designed and built by acclaimed English architect, Arthur Albert Messer, for his family. This old brick mansion is the perfect romantic getaway for couples. Lockheart Gables is designed to spark your feelings of fresh love while feasting on the richness of days, weeks, and years already enjoyed together. Some of the features are a common sitting room with a fireplace, complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, a movie library, and an outdoor sundeck. The Beloved Cottage and the Sweetheart Cottage are both three room turn of the century stone cottages with remote control fireplaces. The mansion now has three luxurious rooms available: Forever Yours, Melody of Love, and the Love Nest. Most rooms have heart shaped Jacuzzi spas, CD players, terry robes and plenty of candles and flowers to create that perfect romantic atmosphere. All guests are greeted with personalized heart shaped cookies and a special arrival drink. A full, sumptuous breakfast is delivered to your room at your time. All rooms have central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, a cordless telephone, a VCR, a DVD player, a refrigerator and a microwave. |
