Captiva Beach Resort is located on Crescent Beach in Siesta Key. Crescent Beach is rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. All of the rooms are just steps from the beach. The resort features an outdoor pool, gazebo, courtyard, Weber barbecue grills, and beach chairs and umbrellas for a fee. Other amenities include business services for a small fee, laundry facilities, crib and rollaway beds for a fee, bike rentals, children's activities, movie rentals, free parking, and purified water.
All rooms are non smoking.

Each unit at Captiva Beach Resort has air conditioning/heat window units or central air/heat, satellite TV with VCR, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, a stove, toaster, and refrigerator. Separate bathrooms include hair dryers and amenities. There is daily optional towel exchange except on Sundays. Iron and ironing boards are provided, and vacuums are available on request.

This property requires a five night minimum stay for two bedroom units for arrivals between 12/19/05 12/31/05, 06/28/06 07/04/06 and 12/20/06 12/18/06. A four night minimum stay is required for two bedroom units for arrivals between 9/1/05 12/18/05 and 09/01/06 12/18/06.
