The Seasons house has an interesting historical evolution. Built c.1830, this Italian villa style residence has expanded and transformed over the years. The house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as well as the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. The house is situated at the top of a small hill away from the street and mostly surrounded by a dense landscape of trees and evergreens. During the warm months, relax on the wrap around porch while taking in the fresh air and sounds of nature. Converse with others or enjoy solitude. Take an afternoon break and enjoy a refreshing tea. The interior elegantly reflects both the age and evolution of this home. After completing an extensive renovation, each room has been totally refurbished. This décor has been accumulated over years of travel throughout the world. As a result, the rooms offer a unique charm. A full breakfast is served in a relaxed, yet elegant environment. Coffee and juice are available early each morning. Weather permitting, breakfast is served on the lovely wraparound porch. All guest rooms feature radio/alarm clock, balconies, bathrobes, cable TV, hair dryer and an iron/ironing board.
