| The Wallace House B&B is a Greater Cincinnati Bed & Breakfast located in historic Covington. Guests will experience warm hospitality amidst the elegance of Victorian craftsmanship. Located less than five minutes south of downtown Cincinnati, The Wallace House Bed & Breakfast offers comfortably elegant lodging close to all attractions in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. This Queen Anne Victorian mansion was built in 1905 for Robert B. Wallace, son of the man whose homestead encompassed the historic area known as Wallace Woods. Although originally built as a single family residence, this home has been a boarding house and a multi family home before being lovingly restored to preserve the ambiance of a by gone era while providing every modern convenience for their bed and breakfast guests. Guests are welcome to curl up with a book by the fireplace, watch a movie on the big screen, or engage in a friendly game of billiards in the expansive common area provided for guests' enjoyment. The gracious front porch beckons all to relax on the swing and escape life's hectic pace. A hearty home cooked breakfast is served daily in the formal dining room and may include fresh baked breads and muffins, along with fresh fruit and daily specialties. The Wallace House innkeepers' careful attention to every detail makes each guest's stay a pleasurable experience. The spacious guestrooms of The Wallace House feature queen size beds, private baths, cable TV, and high speed Internet access. All of the rooms also have air conditioning, alarm clock radio, ceiling fan, cordless telephone, desk, hair dryer, bathrobes, and sweets at turndown. This property is not suitable for children.
